Nancy Hughes

Nancy Hughes has over 20 years of industry experience including executive level management positions. Ms. Hughes’ career began in a small collections firm as a Sales Representative. Quickly ascending in the ranks to assist in building the company from 8 to 300 agents. Subsequently she was responsible for managing the acquisition of the firm in 2003 to one of the nation’s largest Accounts Receivable companies. Ms. Hughes moved to a new organization in 2005 where she spent 5 years as EVP at one of the premier national debt buying companies where her role was to manage client relationships and portfolio acquisition strategies.

Ms. Hughes is a dedicated professional who works tirelessly to balance client and company goals resulting in a true successful partnership. She has a strong background in both healthcare and financial services verticals and consistently develops new cutting edge programs to assist her clients in taking their organization to the next level. She is driven towards excellence and will work to ensure a successful launch and continued performance of an awarded contract.

She studied Business Communications and Management at Gonzaga University in Washington State. Ms. Hughes is a proud member of Healthcare Financial Management Association, where she has served on several executive committees, the Medical Group Management Association and the National Association of Professional Women. She has volunteered raising funds for several philanthropic organizations with a special emphasis on the Alzheimer’s Association.
