John J. Kotula, Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. and ComServe, Inc. He is responsible for the overall day to day operations, strategic planning and direction of the companies providing leadership and direction to all staff.
John has twenty five plus years experience in the Collections, Credit Reporting and Customer Care industries.
John is a Board member of the Mid Atlantic Collectors Association, past member of the elite “Committee of 100” of the American Collector’s Association, past President of the International Credit Association of NEPA and the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of NEPA. John earned his B.S. from the University of Scranton.
On May 20, 2004 Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. and John were awarded the Small Business of the Year Award from the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. John also founded the Jamie Kotula Foundation that was created to honor the memory of his son Jamie.
